It's the golden rule: "Whoever has the gold makes the rules". You are making a claim against the insurance company, they want access to your medical records, your employment history and your account at the hardware store. You have no choice.

What can I do if I am being sued for an accident that I couldn't help?

You need a lawyer to sue the other 2 drivers and get their insurance carriers involved. Unfortunately, the law requires you to keep a good and proper lookout and keep your vehicle under control at all times even when idiots in front of you misbehave. You will likely lose the case for that reason.

Can I sue the military for the death of my son?

Answered by attorney J. Todd Tenge
Personal Injury lawyer at Tenge Law Firm, LLC
I am very sorry to hear about your son. You may have a claim against the military, but perhaps a more efficient road would be to go after the bar for negligence for failing to protect patrons against what sounds like "foreseeable" criminal conduct. These are tough cases, but they can be won. You need to consult with a highly qualified and experienced attorney because this will be a difficult case to prove in terms of liability. Good luck to you.
