Reimbursement of plaintiffs healthcare provider

Answered by attorney Shane R. Kadlec
Personal Injury lawyer at Law Office of Shane R. Kadlec
Often that is the case, however, there can be ways to minimize or avoid having to do so, depending on certain factors. A good lawyer always verifies what, if any amounts are needed to be reimbursed, as every dollar that does not go to there, goes in my clients' pocket. If we can help, call my office at 281-643-2000.

Can a trust be sued in the event of an auto accident?

Melissa Ann Botting
Answered by attorney Melissa Ann Botting (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Law Office of Melissa A. Botting
Ordinarily the driver who was negligent or the employer on whose business the driver was engaged is responsible. So, was the person driving on trust business? The trust could be liable. Also, there is a concept of negligent entrustment. That means that if the person who was driving the car was known to be irresponsible but she let them drive the vehicle anyway, she and the trust could be liable. The simple fact that the truck is owned by a trust is not protection from liability.

How do I sue the bank for committing fraud?

Personal Injury lawyer at Carlile Craig, L.L.P.
You would need to hire an attorney to file suit for your money. You could also allege a whistle blower action for the fraud of the government.
