What are my options if my case was settled but I never received funds from my attorney?

Answered by attorney Eric E Rothstein (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Rothstein Law PLLC
If you have waited 6 years after the settlement to get your money I suggest that you consult with another lawyer before you sign anything. Without knowing the lawyer's explanation something doesn't sound right.

Can I sue the CHP for taking away my medication after an accident?

Answered by attorney Andrew Tyler Velonis (Unclaimed Profile)

The medications were yours, you had the right to them. But, "CHP" ( I assume that's the name of the towing company?) could defend on the theory that the damages are remote and indirect.

What can I do if my parents don’t give me access to the settlement money that I go after an injury when I was a minor?

Paul L. Whitfield
Answered by attorney Paul L. Whitfield (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Paul Whitfield and Associates P.A.
If you are of full age it is yours and you are fully entitled to it (unless the money was paid to your parents to pay your medical bills. are you sure of what youspeak?) you can sue your parents but I don't know many folks who want to do that.
