What should I do if I found blood in my boxed mac and cheese?

James Peirce Kelaher
Answered by attorney James Peirce Kelaher (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Kelaher Law Offices, P.A.
Good, because you're not going to get a pay day. Unless you ate it and got sick from it, the only thing you're entitle to is the cost of the food. I would be willing to be just for the sake of customer relations, they may give you a few boxes......but if you didn't ingest it and incur medical bills, you've got no damages.

If my arbitration was successful but the defendants don't have any insurance, how do we get paid?

You need to have the arbitration award placed as a judgment, and commence collection action. because there is a liability does not mean that you can collect it.

Can I sue a hospital for negligence after an auto accident?

James Peirce Kelaher
Answered by attorney James Peirce Kelaher (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Kelaher Law Offices, P.A.
Yes, but there is a case in Florida that says the original at-fault driver who caused the automobile accident is liable for ALL the person's injuries, even those caused by medical malpractice. The case is Stuart vs. Hertz. Your auto lawyer should know about it.
