They can't evaluate your claim without your records. You would be better served with a lawyer though. How will you know if any offer is fair?

What should I do if I fell on a wet/slippery spot on a restaurant floor?

Personal Injury lawyer at Andrew T. Velonis, P.C.
All property owners and business operators are responsible for keeping their property in reasonably safe condition. If the restaurant managment knew or should have known of the hazard and failed to take steps to correct it, even though they had time to do so, then it can be held legally liable for injuries that could foreseeably result. Of course, evidence for all of those factors will be required

What can I do if my child was severely injured at a church event?

Richard S. Lowell
Answered by attorney Richard S. Lowell (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Magnuson Lowell P.S.
The parents of the injured child should retain a qualified, experienced personal injury attorney (such as myself) ASAP. There are numerous issues to deal with. An attorney can help deal with issues that are bound to arise - such as medical insurance, steering the child to appropriate medical care, and documenting the injury to ensure a fair monetary settlement from the proper parties' insurers.
