If involved in head on collision with a possible DWI driver that I sustained whiplash with no work time loss can I still be compensated?

Yes you can. If you had medical treatment you can have that reimbursed (if you had health insurance you will have to pay at least part of that back) and you have a claim for pain and suffering (if you had insurance on your vehicle - if you didn't the law prohibits you from making such a claim) and you may have a claim for punitive damages against the other driver if DWI proved. However, the other driver's insurance would not pay the punitive damages as they don't pay those types of damages, you would need to collect that from the insured personally.

Why doesn't the court and the police help my daughter who is on probation and takes Xanax and alcohol together?

It is not the court or the police responsibility to raise your daughter. You gave birth to her and raised her and are now enabling her to medicate herself at your home, and trying to play the role if victim. Get real.

What should I do if a person is slandering me and committing lie on my Facebook?

You can sue them for defamation. If they are in NC that would be fairly easy. You can sue in the county where you live or where they live if they live outside NC but in the states you can sue them where they are or perhaps in federal court. See you a good litigator. Make sure you can prove your damages. Your word has little value. You need a dr or psychologist to testify that you have been emotionally damaged.
