I received a call back regarding issues with temporary guardianship being issued to non-custodial family members of non-legitimized minors, and how to start the process of adoption since the mother has consented. I was told because I am not a relative, he doesn't like my chances, to contact someone else, and yelled "good luck" before hanging up on me. {para}Absolutely disgusting display of unprofessionalism.
I called the number located on Mr. Harrell web page to speak to him about a contract dispute that I have a question about and to discuss his free consultation ad. From the onset of the conversation, he was very rude and short with me as if he was agitated that I called him. He initially asked me what my concern was, so I told him, then he told that I was "silly" to call a lawyer to discuss a contract that he hasn't seen. Beyond calling me names, he asked, "So what is your purpose for calling, what are you trying to do here?". I politely informed him that I was simply trying to see if there was something that I could do and that I understood that he couldn't speak give me any concrete advice without seeing the contract. He proceeded to go on a rant out how people send him things and he may look at them or he may not. More rude interaction occurred that ended with him hanging up on me when I asked him why he was so rude to me. DO NO HIRE THIS LAWYER!!!
The absolute worst lawyer in Warner Robbins. Retained him for a case that I really could have won myself. He lost, how do you lose a gift wrapped case. Incompetence I tell you. I paid him out right in the beginning. After seeing how sorry of a lawyer he was I asked for a refund. He denied it even though he did no work and the money should have still been in escrow until we had a hearing. DO NOT RETAIN HIS SERVICES.
This attorney is very rude and uncooperative. He didn't even want to take my very easy uncontested child custody case. My legal plan through work was going to pay whatever he charged and he acted like they would only pay a small portion which isn't true. He has a signed contract to accept that plan and he doesn't even know what is covered. Waste of my time money and gas. Don't waste your time too.
I found him arrogant and condescending, with the personality of a frozen mackerel.
