Hired Attorney Richard Zuckerman

He dumped me in the middle of my case by ghosting me. There was no explanation and return of phone calls or emails. He did the divorce yet we had the settlement to do. I had to hire a new attorney. My ex's family worked in the Marshall County Courthouse. Tried changing venue however was denied. It was obvious from beginning the whole system was corrupted. I found documents it was. Ex's brother's wife was the tax accessor. SI nohe lowered our house tax by $20,000 with no reason. This devalued our house. Judge Shore denied me the right of an appraisal. What did tax accessor get for lowering taxes? Ex took his name off brother's house and brother's wife, the tax accessor, name was put on it. The brothers were partners in farming. During marriage I co-signed on a million dollar loan on the brothers farm to keep it out of bankruptcy. This co-mingled the farm property, however I did not receive 1 cent from farm rental. I received $15k for our house. He got paid off house. So much more done..

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
