Everything went fine through my divorce until it was all over, and I was awarded child support. Borsberry and the staff filed the papers with the wrong remittance number and county to the county clerk and my ex-wife's employer, and now no one knows how to fix it. It has been three months since I was awarded child support, and I still haven't seen a dime to support my child. I call and leave messages and no one calls back. I've talked repeatedly to the county clerk, the dispursment unit and even my ex's employeer and NO ONE can help me. I will be reporting to the ARDC and possibly filing a legal malpractice lawsuit against Borsberry.
Lost my trial bc he was unprepared for court. Was on his phone during my trial and not focused on winning a case he told me had no proof or evidence to support the allegations. He lost My kids and court found me unfit to parent due to his poor representative efforts. Best part after he destroyed my life took all my money he removed himself from my case. I am still barreling for my kids to come home and he keeps sending me bills knowing I'm about to lose my house because of this determination.
In August of 2008 Mr Borsberry represented me in an Order of Protection defense. He did not prepare for the litigation, he ad-libbed the entire litigation. Did not ask the Judge for a continuance to call for witnesses, did not inform me that he was going right into the litigation of the case at that point in time. As a result, the plaintiff won, there was a 2 year plenariy order of protection granted based on lies from the plaintiff. All the lies told by the plaintiff could have been prevent
