Ryan's civil litigation practice is focused on construction litigation and construction lien law. Areas of practice also include land use, administrative law and property rights issues, as well as general contractual matters.

Ryan earned his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in 1999 and his Juris Doctor from Loyola New Orleans School of Law in 2003. He is licensed to practice in Florida and Louisiana.
