Hired Attorney Mr. Christopher Janes

Chris Janes is one of the brightest attorneys I've ever met. I've known Chris for 23 years and seen him in Court, mediation and other professional social events. Being extraordinarily smart is not required to be an excellent lawyer if combined with other assets such as the ability to listen (and hear) others, responding rather than reacting, and to be able to change his perspective to that of the other lawyer, the judge or a juror, including yourself. Chris has experienced most lawyers don't have -- he's spent more than two years of his young life with the Peace Corps. He's spent 25+ years helping others who are going through some of the roughest times in their lives. Also, you will not find a lawyer who has more integrity than Chris Janes. He's respected by defense lawyers and judges alike. If there were two phrases to describe Chris, is he has an exceptional work ethic and his integrity. If Chris Janes tells you something trust this man.

Hired Law Firm

There's so much I want to say about Attorney Christopher Janes, but I'm only allotted so much space. Professional, Dedicated, Prompt, Courteous, Hardworking are just a few things I noticed about Mr. Janes early on in my case. He kept me updated on changes, delays, as well as progress. I didn't have to wonder what was going on, he'd call me sometimes in between flights just to keep me updated. Thanks Mr. Janes for all you do!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.

Attorneys that receive reviews from their peers, but not a sufficient number to establish a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, will have those reviews display on our websites.
