Hired Attorney

I am a retired attorney from a different jurisdiction. The dispute involved title and easement questions similar to those that constituted the core of my former practice. As such I believe I am in a unique position to evaluate Mr. Hojem's services in the matters he handled for us. In all instances I would give him the highest rating for ethical behavior, knowledge of the subject, and communication with his client and with opposing counsel. He clearly deserves his av peer rating.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
