This is an attorney you can trust to win your case. She was reliable and worked really hard to get me a settlement I deserved. I really appreciate her compassion and her determination. I know my case was difficult but she found a way to make the insurance pay for the damages caused by that car accident.
Lorna, and her staff are completely incompetent, and the complete definition of nepotism. The entire office is family so accountability is completely nonexistent. There is no one to reach out to when you have an issue with not receiving call backs, updates, etc because all of Ms. Oraks “Associates” are her sisters. On one of the few calls I did receive from my case manager Ms. Erika she explained the dynamics of the office and who everyone was that she was loosing her job but yet an uneducated yoga instructor was running the office because she’s Oraks sister. There is a Pamela someone who is supposed to be a office supervisor of some sort but is again uneducated and playing at being an adult with Mommy’s company. Please if you need any kind of legal service go any where but here with her and these people. They are nothing more than ditzy airheads and ambulance chasers.
