Ms. Dognazzi did an excellent and thorough job preparing both of my parents wills & estates for their future deaths. She protected each of them since no one could predict which would pass away first. She handled the sale of their home when moving to a care home was necessary. She handled each of their estates which were settled rapidly due to her preplanning. Ms. Dognazzi even handled my father's wish that all existing family monuments would be cleaned and any family member who might have a missing or damaged head stone would have that rectified. She did an amazing job for our entire family! If I lived in GA I would turn over all of my needs to Ms. Dognazzi.
I was not using a real estate agent, so I needed advise when submitting an offer on a house. Mr. Lawson gave me pointers I had not considered, and put together a very professional offer for me to submit to the owner. The plan was for me to close with Mr. Lawson, and he was kind enough not to charge me for that initial paperwork. Unfortunately the offer was not accepted. No question I will use him in the future.
