Jeremiah Jacob Chiappelli

Jeremiah Chiapelli has been incredibly helpful in various legal matters for my family. We have used him as our attorney for wills, trusts, medical directives, and powers of attorney. Mr. Chiapelli sat with us and explained documents and procedures. I especially appreciated how he contrasted aspects of various legal documents so we could choose which would be the best approach for our family and situation. He explained legal terminology and gave real world scenarios so we could best understand the implication of documents and actions. Mr. Chiapelli and his staff were always professional and courteous. They responded to our calls and emails promptly. We will go back to Mr. Chiapelli for future legal needs and highly recommend his law practice.

We hired Mr. Chiappelli to get our Last Will and Testaments done. He was very transparent about pricing and had a great package deal that included a Power of Attorney along with other documents. He was much more affordable than the other attorneys we called. He did a great job helping us through the estate planning process. He answered all our questions at our planning appointment and on the day of our signing. He was very friendly and easy to talk to.

We hired Jeremiah for our Wills and a couple of Trusts. He has always been professional, thorough and responsive. I have recommended him to everyone in need of a family/estate attorney and we feel lucky to have found him.

We hired Mr. Chiappelli to do our Will. He explained every part of the process and brought up things we hadn’t even considered, like Power of Attorney. He is very affordable and did a great job helping us through the estate planning process. He answered all our questions and was very friendly. We recommend him to all our frand family.

Jeremiah originally handled my Divorce/custody case and I was pleased with the results. He is willing to work with you financially which is hard to find in a good lawyer. I will use him again if I have to.

Mr. Chiappelli was a complete failure!! He was not knowledgeable of the law, and did not appear to understand his right to speak the words “objection your honor.” The opposing counsel played Mr. Chiappelli like a fiddle, and the only thing he did was smile and thanked him. Needs less to say, he lost my case. Mr. Chiappelli is definitely in the wrong field. The legal profession is not for him at all, and he probably should consider a totally different profession. Do not waste your time hiring him as your attorney.

He did not do anything that was asked. Did not file subpoenas that were requested. He was intimidated by the opposing attorney. Did not appear for hearings and left client hanging. Did not address flaws in the testimony of opposing witnesses. Did not oppose evidence that was not presented in discovery. A total inept failure. Lost case. Do not waste your time and money on this poor excuse for an attorney.
