I recently had to get some legal advice regarding a situation with an employee and worked with Cindy Bamforth in Tim's office. Cindy was very responsive to our needs as well as professional. Bowles Office supplied us with the arbitration agreement and updates as appropriate over the years. When we were sued for wrongful termination by a pro se plaintiff, this helped us save legal costs and executive time by bumping the complaint to arbitration. After the arbitration dismissed the complaints with prejudice, Bowles Office represented us in the Motion to Vacate and successfully got that dismissed as well.
