Hired Attorney Patricia Rigdon

Because of the horrible law advice we got from Patricia Rigdon we have lost our children. Patricia advised us that our case was a "slam dunk" because the other parent moved 375 miles away . Now our 10 & 12 year old will be leaving the LA are, their family, friends & school that they have attended since they were 4 years old. This is the only home they have ever known. We have hired a better lawyer to help us fight an almost impossible battle to keep them here. Every lawyer & professional we talk to says the advice we got from Patricia Rigdon was horrible. & had she given us the correct advice, our kids would be here.

Hired Law Firm

Extremely poor representation. She is a one person operation. She took on my case and forget to mention she had serious health issues. Led me to believe that my ex's attorney owed her from a previous case and that would help bring my case to a close sooner than later. Emails went unanswered, dropped to ball on crucial negotiations, refused to subpoena records. The other party danced circles around her. Court fined me $3000 for failure to perform and under her watch. Under sever stress and anxiet
