I was in despair with no hope left. I decided to take a chance and boy did it pay off. Not only did this law firm win my case but they worked very hard and kept great communication with me. They are a busy firm but they always make sure that everything is filed on time. One less worry for me. The attorney was very understanding and guided me with patience and I felt like he truly cared. He loves what he does, you can see that. Staff was helpful and patient as well. I highly recommend!!!

Attorney Daniel J. Tripathi, did a great job representing me at least 500 miles away. Hear this, I already had a warrant which I did not know until one day the DMV informed me about it. I found him on the Lawyer Referral Service of the Riverside County Bar Association. Because of the distance, I never met him in person but when I talked to him on the phone and gave details of my case, his professionalism and knowledge of the law made me feel confident that I had the right person for my case.

well prepared for all court appearances--we had to let our original attorney go because of his poor preparations. I have retained three criminal law attorneys in the past, Daniel Tripathi has been the most satisfactory and would recommend him with absolutely no reservations for any criminal law case.

This is possibly the worst law firm in Southern California. They were hired to do small simple probate. Not only did it take them a year to complete the paperwork, after I gave them the paperwork mostly completed, they did not file the paperwork with the county correctly and it was rejected. I had to hire another attorney to fix the issues they created. When I started questioning my contact Rose, she started ccing Dan Tripathi. Not only did he never respond they both stopped responding when I asked where specific paperwork was and why the only items I could see at the county recorder's office were rejected. Those items were never fixed. I also asked three times for a detailed accounting of the retainer I gave them. Of course I received no response. I would not take a chance on this law firm. Not only are they not communicative with their clients, they perform at sub par levels and eventually stop responding while taking your money and not fulfilling what they were hired to do.
