When I called to schedule an appointment, the first available appointment was in 2 or 3 weeks with Fluharty so I scheduled an appointment with him even though Townsend was the one that had been recommended to me. Our appointment was scheduled at 2:00 PM. After filling out some initial paperwork, Mr. Fluharty's assistant came out and explained that the client before us was supposed to return at 3:30 to sign papers but that she was not feeling well and requested that they sign papers now. She kindly offered us coffee. We anticipated waiting another 10 minutes. At 3:30 the clients came out into the waiting room commenting that they were finishing up at the time that they originally were supposed to return to sign paperwork. We expected an apology from Mr. Fluharty for making us wait for 90 minutes but never received one. Mr. Fluharty spent much of our appointment talking about matters that had nothing to do with our reason for coming to him charging us $360/hour for no help.
