About Payton C. Rogers

Payton C. Rogers is a Partner at DeCotiis, FitzPatrick, Cole and Giblin, LLP, where he is a member of the Litigation, Labor and Employment, and Public Entity practice groups. Previously, Payton practiced at a mid-sized New Jersey law firm, focusing on land use, labor and employment, and civil litigation, and served as zoning and planning board attorney for a local municipality. He clerked in the New Jersey Superior Court Family Division in Essex County.
