Hired Law Firm

I hired Jack Spinella in April 2018 to help facilitate a buyout of my 50% partne who was extorting me and threatened to file for dissolution unless I agreed to his exorbitant demand without the benefit of an audit. Jack ignored me for ten months after signing and paying his retainer fee. I've since learned he directed his associate, Steven DePalma to appear in a matter I knew nothing about...the fraudulent filled petition to dissolve filed by my partner and never served to me. These lawyers were misrepresenting me in a court of law without my knowledge. DePalma now claims he's never worked at ND&S, despite me meeting at their office with Spinella. Per LinkedIn. These lawyers need to be disbarred and every partner of NDS who is ignoring this most serious matter all of whom claim they work at Santomassimo Davis. Do not hire any of these unethical attorneys. They are a disgrace to the profession. I will have my day in court after they have suppressed me and never defended me.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
