Hired Law Firm

Joe Ryan is hard to read because he has no personality - or always appears to be in some kind of stupor. But, by the time I figured him out, it was too late. He falsified his CPA credentials for 28 years until the PA Bar put an end to it last year. (He now uses a mandated disclaimer). Still, he lost my case AND completely destroyed my father's estate, of which he was supposed to be executor. AVOID!
