Hired Law Firm

She is too hard to get in touch with. Doesn't return calls even after promising to get back in touch she doesn't. Finally gave up on her and hired a lawyer in Ottawa.

Hired Attorney Amy Winterscheid

She was hard to get in touch with, not returning calls. she charged $2000.00 on a small estate and said we would get money back but at the end she said she wouldn't charge more. She took 16 months to complete the probate and then required prompting from us as she forgot about us. Misplaced life insurance papers and forgot who was to file them. She said she would file but did not. We did all the work such as taxes,life insurance papers without any direction from her.

SHE WAS AN APPOINTED GUARDIAN AD LITEM. SHE WAS HORRIBLE. ONE PARENT HAD ACTIVE DRUG CHARGES AND SHE CHOSE TO IGNORE THIS. SHOWED FAVORTISM. OTHER PEOPLE WERE SHOCKED AT HER DECISIONS. VERY RUDE AND CHARGED ALOT.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
