Hired Law Firm

He is tough & will tell you things you may not want to hear but all I can say is, "suck it up" because he knows what he is doing & is only helping when others falter with truth, facts, & justice being served. Because of Mr Ogburn's knowledge & tough court room demeanor we can say without a doubt that he helped save our grand baby's life who will now the future that this innocent baby deserves with love & endless possibilities ahead.

Going thru a divorce and told Ogburn 3 things . # seize all marital & non marital assets during a restraining order. LOST EVERY THING from childhood up to the separation. # 2 keep children away from certain people and places (drug dealers) that the ex was involved with. #3 Judge said let my attorney {Ogburn} know if any of the items on the list were missing when I-ME GOT an ORDER/MOTION to get work related items from the house during the separation. ALL TALK. Then asked for more $

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
