I chose to work with Jack Pugh based on his Avvo rating. This is possibly the worst decision I have made in my life…… The contract included the items below: 1) Explaining any legal items to me that I don't understand 2) A written report explaining the items I don't understand 3) A written report including your recommendations and suggestions 4) Communicating with opposing counsel on any items that need to be discussed? 5) Redlining the existing prenup as it is currently written Jack Pugh did not complete items 2-5. I requested a partial refund and Jack Pugh refused to provide me with any refund whatsoever!! It is quite evident why Jack Pugh required me to pay upfront via Zelle and not credit card because he knows that a payment on Zelle cannot be disputed. I have more to write about other problems with Jack Pugh but unfortunately reviewers are limited to 1000 characters. DO NOT USE!!! Stay far away from Jack Pugh, attorney unless you want to get RIPPED OFF !!!
Absolutely horrible!!! Stay away unless you want to get strung along at your cost. Jack is unprofessional and his bookkeeper, who is also his wife can't balance a checkbook much less keep track of accounting spreadsheets. Jack has hung up on opposing counsel several times in my presence when he doesn't get his way which leads to delays and more fees to bill. When consulting with my partner, Jack hung up on me, his client, saying "when I am man enough to make my own decisions, call me back". Of course at a fee to call him back. I kept a separate spreadsheet of every charge and bill and when everything was finally over, I had a credit of over $1,000 that Jack would not refund me. I had to go to the Florida Bar about this man.
