Paul and his firm were indispensable in helping me successfully navigate a complex employment agreement involving an extremely difficult contract with a former employer. We were able to avoid litigation regarding a non-compete clause (among other potentially detrimental issues) by carefully and intelligently approaching the situation which I previously thought impossible.
