Hired Attorney Daniel Probst

I am an attorney who lives and practices law in Pennsylvania. Since the laws of all states are different, I needed an attorney with a good understanding of Florida wills/estates law to help with a will and related documents for my mother who lived in Florida. Dan was recommended to me by an attorney who lives and practices law in the Florida. Dan was very thorough, spent a lot of time with my mother, and provided with her with a thorough will, power of attorney, health care surrogate, and the like. I found Dan's rates to be reasonable as well. Although my mother has recently passed, all of our documents were in order and everything has proceeded smoothly. I was very satisfied with Dan's legal services.

Extremely professional, knowledgeable, caring in a situation of spousal death. I went to several lawyers before I found this honest, wonderful, knowledgeable attorney. Having used many attorneys in my time, I would rate Mr. Elliot Hochman on the scale of of 1 to 10....10-1/2.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
