I have known Mr. Flotow for many years, We had a slight difference of opinion on a case. Mr. Flotow removed himself from the case which was his right. I settled the case four months later.
I was recommended to him at 2010 for bankruptcy issues .He agreed to be paid in increments and to be everything prepared once he recive all payment .First payment was at Jun 11th last and final payment was July 13th since that time he didn't file anything even that he had all necessary information and documents .He was very accusatory towards my lifestyle (gay ) and was avoiding my calls .So November 13th 2010 I decided to go in person and find out what is really going on have him file it for bankruptcy or I take all my documents and find someone else .He called police on me .For me after that I couldn't trust him anymore he called police because I wanted him to do what he promised from July to November he didn't filled at all ? Even me telling him vocally to not do anything to stop doing anything for me I didn't trust him he filed it next day wich was Sunday .I had to hire another attorney pay extra money, I wish I never met him and wouldn't hire him for ANYTHING...NEVER FORGET THIS
One of the worse lawyers to deal with. He does not communicate at all and is not willing to do anything when confronted. Signed paperwork at the end of June told us it would take two weeks to file! Here it is August and he has yet to file. He does not care about his clients NOR is he willing to make things right. Lies and tells clients stories. No need for it to take that long to file when you can do it over the internet!
