I have just hired him and I have had nothing but very polite , he will get on the phone with you when you call unless he is in court. That's only been one time and he called back. His assistant is the same but he also can talk to you a few times and figure you out and he had nothing but good to say about the charge and he realized the good he heard about me in my voice or the way i spoke. We haven't been to court but twice and i feel like he's shown me in every way he is not about money or messing someone around or telling them just what they want to hear. He's honest but positive and he has a great professional ethical conduct. I believe in him and i know already that everything is going to be ok i trust him

Mr.Bourne is straightforward and honest.The one thing I like the most is he will not take ur money or case if he feels he can't win your case.He is very good in divorce court and excellent with criminal cases.Not only have I had Mr.Bourne had my attorney but he is now my daughter's lawyer and he's been excellent with her case.I would recommend Mr.Bourne to other ppl.as well .It's also good to know when you ask who ur attorney is and I say Mr.Bourne better believe they no that name .Thanks for everything Mr Bourne!

He is very formal, yet down to earth, loyal to his client(s), know's what he is doing, and know's the laws. I would recommend him any time.

Mr. Bourne is honest and very approachable. He gives advice based on the client's needs and budget. He is always looking to protect his client's interest while at the same time offering advice that will be the most beneficial in terms of financial needs.

Don't trust him. He took my case then stretched it out through the courts with extensions. The entire time telling me that he knows I'm innocent and there is no way the courts, judge, or jury could find me guilty. The last day right as we were about to state we were going to trial(meanwhile I paid another $750 in cash in judges chambers)he told me I have no option but to plead guilty. I honestly think he is in some kind of scam between judges and various police entities. He will rip you off and write you off.
