Ms. Szczucinski is "child-focused" and is willing to go to bat for my children, focusing on their best interests. She is very passionate about her work, dedicated to her clients and is very ethical.

Susan was unable to hold her own against opposition. I was left raising two children without child support or any type of compensation. I was forced to drive 30 miles round trip to schools for years! Charged by the minute with nothing to show was a waste of my money. Represent yourself first or just burn your money either way she's a horrible and useless lawyer. 😡

If you are looking for a divorce attorney...I beg you to NOT use her. Save your money. I spent thousands of dollars and she lost in Court and then got me nothing in the Appellate Court that was worth my money. She lost a $1006.00 payment that she was receiving for me from my EX and Is now not sending me any more of the payments she is supposed to be receiving for me. She won't even correspond with me any more. Run away from her. And my bill is paid up and this is what I am fighting!

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
