For over 26 years, Paul D. Cramm, has dedicated his practice to defending individuals facing serious criminal charges. Limiting his law practice exclusively to criminal defense, Paul focuses on clients who have been charged with serious sex offenses. Based in Overland Park, Kansas, he represents clients in state and federal courts in the Greater Kansas City metropolitan area.
Mr. Cramm has jury tried over 30 Off-Grid Life in Prison child sex counts to either acquittal or dismissal following hung jury and has achieved acquittals in numerous adult acquaintance rape cases as well. He credits his success to the efforts of his paralegal andwife of over 30 years Julie, who assists in trial preparation and manages jury selection for every trial.
Mr. Cramm is licensed to practice in both Kansas and Missouri and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri. Mr. Cramm has been recognized by Super Lawyers for over 10 consecutive years.
Mr. Cramm attended both undergraduate and law school at the University of Kansas in Lawrence, where he was selected for membership the Phi Beta Kappa, Pi Sigma Alpha and Golden Key academic honors societies. Mr. Cramm is a proud member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
