Mr. Dannenberg was professional, compassionate and completed the work in a prompt, confidential manner.
As a former paralegal I have some idea of what to look for in a competent attorney. I feel Mr Mitchell does an outstanding job of being responsive to client needs and of keeping abreast of current changes and concerns in his area of practice.
Mr. Dannenberg drew up a rental contract for us on our rental house. He put in the stipulation to the renter that if we needed to obtain the services of a lawyer for any breach of the contract that the renter would have to pay the lawyers fees. We had such a situation, he tried once to collect money owed to us, they did not pay then he billed us for his fees. He assured us before that we would not have to pay. I have found that this stipulation cannot be enforced & shouldn't have been included.
Robert Moody is an absolute trash attorney. Don’t expect him to be early! He will either be late or just walking in the door. He was 30 minutes late on one occasion. When you meet with him at the court don’t expect his full attention or even close to it. He will immediately rush away from you to say “what’s up” to his buddies! Don’t expect him to return your calls after he has your retainer fee. I called once a week for 8 straight weeks, he finally called back the day before my court date. He will lie to you!!! And when you ask to see the paperwork he will give you the run around on why he doesnt have it. I am absolutely disgusted with his representation. If you want a counselor who will do what’s best for you, show up on time, good communication, who’s honest, and that will atleast try, DO NOT GO WITH ROBERT MOODY!!!!! I would have rather gave a public defender my 1500$ to represent me than to hire him. I promise you if you hire this attorney you will feel completely disgusted!!
