I recently had a jury trial for personal injury in the circuit court for Winnebago County. The insurance company had made an offer of judgment of $40,000. After an outstanding performance by Attorney Curtis, the jury awarded me a net of approximately $160,000. My take-home came to approximately seven times what it would have been, had I accepted the insurance company’s offer. I thank George for doing a hell of a job. He really backs his clients. Me and my wife got rear ended on June 12th 2024 . The insurance company tried to settle but low balled the value of my 2002 4 runner SUV. Could not replace it for what they offered.. Long store short George was able to get us a fair price for my truck and a fair settlement for our injuries . The case toke almost a year put we are happy this the out come of the case . I found a 2002 4 runner in KY in great shape just like I had It is being delivered this week and the best thing I got it for the amount the I was paid by the settlement. Thank You so much for all the help you gave us I would highly recommend George Curtis if you ever need a good and fair attorney Gerald Heisler

George did a great job of winning my lawsuit in court, but has not kept any of his promises or followed up in collecting what is owed to me. He pushed me onto an attorney in his office that has also done nothing that was promised to me.

Originally, he was going to take our case regarding round-about accident then when their receptionist told me NOT to leave a $500 check/retainer as the attorney had advised, the attorney told me he would NOT take my case since I followed her direction and did not leave the check I had brought with me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and EXCENTRIC!!!
