Very professional and responsive to my needs
I was very pleased with the customer service and responsiveness provided by Emeritus. Their turnaround time for calls, paperwork, etc was very quick and they made sure that I was comfortable and understood all of the language in the documentation. I would use them again and I recommend them to everyone.
The attorney NEVER responds to emails, phone calls, any form of communication. One time I even tried to reach them through the "contact me" button on their website. That was the only time I got a response. I was informed that the closing was going to happen at 10:30 the same day of closing with no opportunity to preview the HUD1 Settlement statement. Then finally after the closing, it is 7 days later and I have still not received the signed paperwork, key, nor check. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
