Hired Attorney Ms. Tracey Kagan

Very poor attorney. Do not use her at any cost. I used her years ago and she got me ALOT of time for small charges. Her poor workmanship needs to be known. You do not want this woman representing you. She can barely calculate a criminal scoresheet while the PDs office is getting way better deals.
