Sandra Ferrin focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. She represents corporate clients and individuals in shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and business torts. She advises clients at every stage of litigation and serves as both advisor and advocate, delivering insight, solutions, and litigation strategies to resolve complex disputes.
Following law school, Sandra clerked for the Honorable Frank A. Shepherd of the Florida Third District Court of Appeal. She has been recognized for her pro bono work, including receiving the Pro Bono Service Award from Dade Legal Aid’s Put Something Back Pro Bono Project, and has provided pro bono representation through the Guardian ad Litem Program in Florida.
