Hired Attorney Mr. Harvey Cohen

I used Harvey Cohen for my car accident. I would use him again.

Hired Attorney Mr. Harvey Cohen

Mr. Cohen refused to return funds held in trust upon a lawyers departure from the firm. I was never told my attorney left the firm and when I requested my funds be returned according to the terms of the contract, Mr. Cohen falsely claimed there were charges and hard costs on my case giving him the right to keep my funds. The Florida Bar was contacted for arbitration and despite being contacted on three separate occasions, Mr. Cohen refused to respond. I would never recommend Mr. Cohen.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
