at least we were able to speak to an actual lawyer...but their mediation skills to me seem to be lacking as a mediator kept going between offices...we were never in contact with the opposing attorney for the plaintiff.....i feel that if we were my daughter could have gotten the decision and amount she deserved

Never having used an attorney before, I was completely oblivious of how things worked. Nothing was ever explained to me. It was a month before I ever even talked to an attorney. By then I had incurred hundreds and thousands of dollars in medical bills, at their insistence. Only then was I informed that I did not have a case because of a very obvious reason. Obvious to them, not to me. I still owe that money, and have no means to pay it.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
