I was in need of legal services for a bankruptcy and a divorce. After contacting several law offices in the Orlando area, I made an appointment with Mr. Maxwell because of the receptionist's warm and professional manner. During the initial consultation I decided to have Mr. Maxwell handle both legal services for me. I have been impressed by the supportive professionalism shown to me by all members of Mr. Maxwell's staff through these not so easy processes. I would recommend Mr. Maxwell.

An absolute nightmare. I hired Mawell for a Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. He made a mess of it. Then he quit the case, debts were never discharged and now a creditor is coming after me! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS GUY FOR ANYTHING!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
