About Kyle M. Costello

Kyle Matthew Costello is a Partner in the firm's Orlando office. Board-certified in Construction Law, his practice focuses on defense of civil litigation claims, with a concentration on construction litigation matters, including construction defect and contract claims on behalf of architects, engineers, developers, contractors, and subcontractors; as well as premises liability claims on behalf of property owners.

Mr. Costello was born in New York and moved to Pembroke Pines, FL at a young age. He attended the University of Central Florida and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. While at UCF, he served as the Historian for Phi Gamma Delta fraternity. He then stayed in Orlando to earn his Juris Doctor degree from the Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law.

Before joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mr. Costello practiced solely civil litigation matters from inception to trial and appeal, and argued before the Florida 2nd District Court of Appeal.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
