Geraldine Patrizia Asher is Of Counsel in the firm's Orlando office. Geraldine litigates and manages risk in complex commercial, professional malpractice, directors and officers, errors and omissions, and community association cases in state and federal courts throughout Florida.
Geraldine graduated summa cum laude from Barry University School of Law where she was the valedictorian. Geraldine was a member of the school's Moot Court Honors Board, Law Review, and earned numerous book awards. She served as a legal intern to Justice Barbara J. Pariente of the Florida Supreme Court.
Before joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Geraldine worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Kerry I. Evander in Florida's Fifth District Court of Appeal and for a national firm litigating complex commercial cases.
