Fan Li joined Morgan and Morgan in 2024 as a National Trial Partner, where he travels throughout the country to try cases. He has tried more than 80 cases to verdict. Having devoted his career to representing individuals against government and corporate power, Fan is passionate about jury trials because they empower ordinary citizens to be a voice for their community.
Fan has extensive experience in both criminal and civil law, and has represented victims of product liability, civil rights violations, deceptive trade practices, and contract breach. Before entirely dedicating his practice to trial advocacy, Fan has spearheaded several impact litigation projects in Florida and won an issue of first impression in the Nevada Supreme Court.
When he is not in trial, Fan enjoys reading and spending time outdoors with his wife and son.
