I had a tenant who wouldnt leave and was trashing the place. Frustrated. I called Mr. Fetter. He quickly explained my options and offered to move forward. After the quick and easy process, I got possession of my property back before any further damage was done.

Mr. Fetter was recommended to me by another practicing attorney. I have utilized him for a few years now for my clients evictions and he has been very helpful with recommendations for future lease verbiage etc. to ensure no complications in a civil matter. I have also recommended him to other associates who are highly satisfied with his performance and availability. If personal professional service is what your looking for Mr. Fetter is your go to person.

I found him to be weak in his knowledge and his letter writing. It was apparent he was not prepare to write a solid letter of rebuttal and I was very disappointment with his services.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
