Daniel Hales is an attorney in the Orlando office of Morgan & Morgan, P.A., where he represents clients in personal injury matters. He has extensive trial experience, having tried more than eight jury trials to verdict across multiple counties in Florida. Daniel is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Daniel began his career with Morgan & Morgan in 2023 while still in law school, gaining hands-on training in personal injury litigation. He returned to the firm’s Orlando office in 2024 and quickly distinguished himself as a trial lawyer, securing multiple multimillion-dollar jury verdicts before the end of that year. Since then, Daniel has continued to achieve significant verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients, trying cases alongside some of the firm’s most accomplished trial partners.
Daniel earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Kentucky in 2020 and his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest School of Law in 2024.
