About D. John Morgeson, Jr.

Jack was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and has been a resident of Orlando since 1993. Since beginning the practice of law, he has represented clients in personal injury and casualty defense, contract, landlord/tenant, corporate, construction, real estate and consumer related matters. Additionally, Jack services as counsel to the City of St. Cloud Code Enforcement Board and Board of Adjustments, the City of Belle Isle Code Enforcement Board, and support counsel to Orange County and Seminole County Code Enforcement Boards. Jack has served as a volunteer with the Orange County Bar Association since 1993, and currently serves as Chair of the American Diabetes Association's Central Florida Leadership Council. He is a co-managing partner for the firm's Pre-Paid Legal Services Division. Jack is licensed to practice law in Florida and Minnesota, and is currently admitted to practice before all Florida state courts, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
