Mr. Richard Culbertson, Esquire is an excellent communicator and an expert in Social Security law. Hired Attorney Richard Culbertson

Ric Culbertson knows SS law very well, was very thorough and professional, has impeccable manners and possesses integrity. I have recommended and will continue to recommend him to people needing an attorney for Social Security Disability. I have MS and come into many other people with MS who need a trusted attorney to help them.

Hired Attorney Richard Culbertson

I only met my attorney one time, went into the judge, he asked me a few questions, I told the entire story to the judge plus jumped through all of SSI's rigid hoops since 2003 I only got a settlement from 2008 because I tried to work a little but couldn't I did all the legwork, paperwork etc...two questions and this attorney gets $2,100.00? What justice is this to me?

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
