Attorney Amir A. Ladan has served the legal community in Central Florida since 1998. After being admitted to the Florida Bar, he began his career as an Assistant State Attorney in Orlando. In 2001, he co-founded Carsten & Ladan, P.A., focusing on criminal cases in both state and federal courts. Mr. Ladan has personally handled thousands of criminal cases, from misdemeanors to serious felonies, and also represents clients in personal injury matters statewide, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death cases.
Following his former partner Keith Carsten’s appointment to the Circuit Court in 2013, Mr. Ladan continued his practice under The Ladan Law Firm, with offices in Orlando, Kissimmee, and Longwood. His firm has built a reputation for providing attentive client service and effective representation across Central Florida.
In addition to his legal work, Mr. Ladan is an active community leader. He served as President of the Rotary Club of Seminole County Sunset, organizing fundraisers to support local scholarships and projects. He is also a Rollins College Alumni Board member, a Tau Kappa Epsilon advisor, and a dedicated volunteer, supporting initiatives such as the annual Baby DJ Toy Drive and the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association.
