South Carolina Attorney, Joshua Koger, Jr., after being court appointed to represent me, filed a false police report against me, causing me to serve a total of 30 months in jail! All charges were dismissed! I lost my job and vision insurance, all my personal possessions and suffered from worsened cataracts, while incarcerated. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
