Hired Attorney Mr. Kevin Thomas Smith

He was inconsistent and contradicting in his advice and counsel. He did not ask for what I wanted in my divorce and gave bad advice. He was extremely unprofessional and yelled at me on several occasions as well as sending nasty e-mails. Very ineffective attorney and added stress to my divorce. He overcharged on several occasions and postponed my divorce for over 6 months. In addition he called me a "ungrateful train wreck" in an e-mail when I called him on his deceptions and malpractice.

This client insisted that she knew more about the law than her attorney did from day one. Consistently disagreed with her attorney and disregarded my advice. Her case went to trial and we achieved an excellent result for her. Unwarranted criticism.
