Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer. It took 7 long years and 3 rounds of applying for disability. And not once did Mr. Timothy J. Cuddigan ever talk about giving up, even when I was ready to. In my own opinion, Nebraska is a very tough and determined state to deny disability. I have very many issues, health wise, and know several people from my home state to win with just 1 of my issues. He fought long and hard for me, and cannot thank him enough! And quite honestly deserves more than what his fee is when he wins! Thank you Mr. Cuddigan for fighting a long hard fight, I appreciate all of your hard work! God Bless! Catherine xx
I have a lot of associates whom have use Mr Cuddigan in the pass.
He is really expensive.
Office personnel slow to respond to phone calls. Don't return calls quickly.
All the firm was required to do was file my appeal online, I won my case on appeal without going before a judge, so the law firm was not required to do much.
